Five lines of work.

Plain descriptions. Scope for services is agreed by email. Digital products are sold on the shops — not as a catalog on this site.

01

Technology solutions

Help with the practical side of technology: how a site is structured, how files are produced and kept, how a small system is put together so someone can actually use it.

This is not a productized platform and not a retainer menu. If you have a specific job — a site, a set of files, a workflow that has to hold — write and say what it is.

02

AI solutions

Applied AI for a defined task: drafting, classifying, summarizing, extracting, or wiring a tool into a workflow that already exists. The task comes first. The model is a means.

We will say so when AI is the wrong tool. We do not sell access to a model, and we do not dress ordinary software work in AI language.

03

JAM Files

The digital-products line of JAM Solutions. Fill-in HTML packets: open the file in a browser, type into the fields, and print on US Letter. You keep the files. There is no app and no monthly fee.

Packets are sold on LayeredVision on Etsy and on Gumroad. Titles and prices are on those shops; they are not listed here.

04

Automation

If a process is the same every time, it may be a script, a template, or a packet instead of a meeting. The aim is fewer repeated steps, not a new stack to maintain.

We look at the work as it is done today, then propose something small enough to keep. Scope is agreed in writing by email before anything is built.

05

Technical support

When a file, a workflow, or a small system is stuck, we help. This is direct support — a person reading what you sent — not a ticket portal and not a call center.

Write to hello@thejamsolutions.com with what you have, what you expected, and what happened instead.

Start with a note.

Services are arranged by email. Digital products are purchased on the shops. Either path is fine; they are not the same thing.
